Mr. Stanton was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from Suffolk University in 1978, cum laude, with a B.A. degree and from Suffolk University Law School in 1984 with a J.D. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1998 and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of Massachusetts in 1999 and the United States Supreme Court in 2001. He is a current member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, as well as various community organizations. Mr. Stanton focuses his practice on Estate and Guardianship Administration; Elder Law and Medicaid; Family Law; Litigation and Appeals.
