Mr. Votta was born in Providence, Rhode Island. He graduated from Marlboro College in 1977 with a B.A. degree and from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1983 with a J.D. He then went on to Boston University and received a LL.M. degree in 1984. He was admitted to the bar in 1983. He is a current member of various organizations and focuses his practice on Real Estate Title; Real Estate Litigation; Divorce; Commercial Litigation; Tax Litigation.
